Background and Purpose:
International residents in Japan—especially those newly relocated—often lack sufficient information about Japan’s unique emergency systems and critical contacts. Language barriers, cultural differences, and system complexity combine to create situations where people cannot take appropriate action during emergencies.
eSolia’s mission is to provide information that helps Japanese colleagues at global companies support their international coworkers and acquaintances during critical situations.
