relationships. To uphold these standards, all eSolia team members—our
professionals—adhere to the following Code of Conduct. It’s our pledge to you,
our clients, and to each other.

We accurately represent our expertise and support our colleagues in their
professional growth, ensuring the benefits of our advancements are directly
passed to our clients. - Competence and Quality Assurance: We consistently evaluate the quality of
our work to ensure all engagements are conducted with the highest level of
competence and professionalism. This includes thorough documentation of our
daily activities in chronological summaries and structured project reports,
all stored electronically for easy recall and transparent client access. - Complete Transparency and Truthfulness: We uphold complete transparency
and truthfulness throughout all engagement phases—from agreement to
implementation. We commit to never colluding or misrepresenting information. - Confidentiality and Data Security: We maintain strict confidentiality
regarding all client engagements, materials, and information. We also
prioritize and implement robust measures for data security to protect your
valuable assets. - Fair and Transparent Billing: We clearly explain our fees, secure
agreement upfront, and then bill for our services in a fair and reasonable
manner, reflecting only the time and resources genuinely required. - Ethical Conduct and Conflicts of Interest: We act with integrity and
avoid conflicts of interest. Should a potential conflict arise, we will
promptly disclose it and take appropriate steps to manage or resolve it
ethically, prioritizing your best interests. - Contribution to Our Profession: We recognize our unique qualifications
and contribute to the advancement of our profession. We actively share our
knowledge and experience to develop more efficient solutions and elevate
industry practices as a whole. - Professionalism and Respect: We conduct ourselves in a manner that
reflects credit on our profession and inspires confidence, respect, and trust
from clients and the public. We maintain a wholly professional attitude
toward those we serve, our colleagues, and all other professionals. - Inclusivity and Respectful Environment: We foster an inclusive and
respectful environment, valuing diverse perspectives among our team and in
our interactions with clients and partners. We treat everyone with fairness
and dignity.
Code of Conduct in Practice
Here are a few examples of how our Code of Conduct guides our everyday actions:
- Transparent Billing: While we work on a time and materials basis, we book only the time that was genuinely required. We never "create work" to inflate your bill.
- Efficient and Quality Work: We work as fast as is practicable, diligently following your specified processes or applying our own "good practice" approach to deliver superior and fair results.
- Detailed Reporting: We report transparently on everything we observe or do for you, providing comprehensive details in our engineering reports that often exceed what you might get elsewhere.
- Long-Term Partnership: We trade commitment for more favorable professional rates because our goal is to foster a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with our clients. This commitment can take various forms, including longer contract terms or higher work volume.
- Ethical Business Practices: We always act with company health and stability in mind, never engaging in unethical business practices or gamesmanship. Such activities are detrimental to all involved and ultimately harm businesses and relationships.
- Task Ownership and Resolution: We take full ownership of tasks, ensuring we see them through to the end. Even if a positive outcome cannot be guaranteed, we will diligently steward a task or activity until it is sufficiently resolved.
