We updated our Code of Conduct to state explicitly that we do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct in any form. It now also notes that every eSolia team member formally acknowledges these principles as part of their engagement, in a combined code of conduct and information security pledge that we reaffirm annually — a commitment our clients and partners.
