Reinstall and reposition wireless access points across an office floor, relocating units from above the drop ceiling to hanging from it for better coverage and serviceability, with connectivity troubleshooting and verification.

• Removed and remounted access points below the ceiling using new brackets
• Retired non-functioning units and relocated an access point to restore coverage in a meeting room
• Isolated a persistent connectivity fault at the switch and replaced the affected patch cable to resolve it
• Confirmed every access point associated to the network and operating normally on completion
