Diagnose and fix a severe office WiFi throughput collapse, restoring wireless speeds through firewall policy tuning and access-point optimization.

• Investigated a slowdown that had cut throughput to a small fraction of the wired network on the same site
• Root-caused redundant firewall inspection profiles consuming capacity, and client devices defaulting to the congested 2.4 GHz band
• Removed the ineffective inspection profiles while keeping web, application, and DNS filtering active; enabled band steering, wider channels, and automatic channel management; and brought offline access points back online
• Restored throughput by roughly 24x over the reported baseline with no reduction in meaningful security, plus guidance on secure versus legacy SSID use
