Audit a newly launched bilingual corporate site that shipped with no SEO infrastructure and implement a major, site-wide technical SEO foundation across its Japanese and English pages.

Built the crawl and indexing infrastructure the site lacked: a dynamic robots.txt, a CMS-driven sitemap, and an llms.txt for AI search engines
Added event-driven search-engine notification (IndexNow and indexing APIs) so affected pages are submitted on publish or deploy
Fixed page-level SEO at scale — unique bilingual meta descriptions across every route and team profile, corrected headings, image alt text, and titles
Implemented bilingual structured data, hreflang, and canonical URLs, plus a large set of legacy URL redirects to preserve ranking authority
